Carnivore Fudge Brownies

Carnivore Fudge Brownies 🍫🥩

These rich, fudge-like brownies are a perfect carnivore treat—high in protein, full of healthy fats, and completely flour-free. They’re dense, chewy, and satisfying without all the junk ingredients found in traditional desserts.

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tbsp collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1 tbsp butter (softened or melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (or 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder if you’re animal-based and not strict carnivore)
  • Sweetener of choice (optional: stevia, monk fruit, allulose, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the 3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg until frothy.
  2. Add the collagen, gelatin, and butter. Whisk until smooth and slightly thick.
  3. Stir in your flavor of choice: vanilla extract for strict carnivore or cocoa powder if you’re flexible animal-based. Add sweetener if desired.
  4. Continue mixing until the batter is thick and uniform.
  5. Pour into silicone molds, mini loaf pans, or an ice cube tray.
  6. Freeze for about 1 hour until set.

Serving

Pop them out of the molds and enjoy cold straight from the freezer. They’ll be chewy, dense, and fudge-like—perfect as a carnivore “brownie” bite.

Tips

  • For a creamier texture, add an extra tablespoon of butter or even a splash of heavy cream.
  • Store in the freezer for best consistency.
  • Keep them plain for strict carnivore or get creative with flavors if you’re more flexible.
